Do I need an account to purchase?

It is recommended, but it is not! We have always hated stores that made us register, go through hoops and loops to purchase an item. So we will not make anyone register an account to purchase. 

However, we will require an account with contact info for Group Buy participants. That way, we are sure to keep you updated.

How long will it take to ship?

We don't have a team behind us, and we have regular jobs outside of this hobby, but we promise to package the same day we have received the order.  

Shipping time will vary depending on location and type of service selected.

Any plans for Group Buys?

Yes! We would love to be someone's proxy for the EU or the Iberian peninsula.

If you know of a Group Buy leader that is organizing something cool, let him/her know about us! Maybe we can help. 

We are also working on hosting a Group Buy for our own designs! Follow us on the medias for more. 

What is your return policy like?

If the product is intact, unused, and good condition,  we honor 14 days, where the customer can have a change of mind. We will provide full, 100% refunds, as long as we receive the product in good condition and with its packaging. The customer pays for the shipment.
In case of defective items, we will provide a new item as a replacement. However, we test all of our products before shipment.
In case of broken or damaged goods that happened after shipment, we will not provide any refunds.

How long does it take for a refund to be completed?

From the moment that we receive the return product in our warehouse, we will take 1 to 2 business days to review the product and make sure it is okay for us to sell it again. Once the return is approved, we will make your refund and the bank will process it. Banks usually take around 3 or 4 business days to process refunds, but it may take longer depending on the country that you’re from and your currency, so please be patient.

Do you ship worldwide?

We are currently working on that. We ship to some European countries for now.
