1.- IDENTIFICATION OF THE PARTIES.

4.- AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS.

7.- TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP.

8.- SHIPPING POLICY.


Delivery times should be 24/48 hours in Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). 9.- PROCEDURE, RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL, AND LEGAL GUARANTEE.

9.2.- Right of Cancellation.

9.4.- Legal Guarantee. 

The User has a warranty period of two years from the delivery of the product. 11.- COMPETENT JURISDICTION. 

In the event of a dispute between the parties, territorial jurisdiction will correspond, at the User's choice, to the domicile of the latter or the defendant.
